Health & Wellness Coaching

The coaching model differs from traditional therapy in the foundation of the relationship which is collaborative and not limited to the “50-minute therapy hour” as typical with therapy.  My coaching model seeks to focus on total lifestyle wellness and is rooted in cognitive behavioral, behavioral, and family systems therapy.

Anyone can call themselves a life coach! Check for formal education and work experience in the area(s) of life coaching you are seeking assistance with.  Self-accrediting agencies offering certificates after brief courses provides little empirically-based knowledge/experience to optimize personal growth. 

I specialize in health and wellness coaching which focuses on optimizing personal health and daily living.  I work with health across the spectrum of wellness:  addiction, medical obesity, stress management, workplace engagement/leadership, fitness, and sport excellence (Destination Sport Domination ™).
