Linda Cherry, PsyD, BSEd, CPT
Linda is a native to the Northern Virginia area, growing up in Fairfax County where she attended Lake Braddock Secondary School. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Health Education at George Mason University and passed the National Teaching Exam (now called Praxis). She earned her Master's degree in Counseling Psychology at Fayetteville State University, North Carolina and her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Argosy University, Hawaii. She is also a certified Anger Management Specialist through the National Anger Management Association (namass.org) and a certified and insured personal trainer (CPT) through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Lastly, Linda is a certified Level I coach through USA Track and Field.
February 2017- National Appointment by the President of USA Track & Field to serve on the Psychological Services Subcommittee.
Commitment to the community: I am also a REVIVE! (Opioid Overdose Reversal for Virginia) first responder and instructor.

I specializes in cognitive behavioral and family systems therapies in my life coach practice with a particular interest in health psychology and couples counseling. I believe in total wellness and utilizes the bio-psycho-social model.
James T. Bruhn
Certified Personal Trainer, NASM
James is originally from Fayetteville, North Carolina and has been an active athlete all of his life. At the age of 9 James was the Hawaii State Youth champion in the 2 mile run. As he grew older James utilized his agility skills from soccer and endurance from running to transition into lacrosse and football as his primary sports. Throughout his high school years James played both football (kick off special teams and corner) and Lacrosse (midfield and attack) for Lake Braddock Secondary School. James specializes in working with youth and developing sport-specific skills as well as speed, agility, and endurance.
